Product Manager
operating duty:

1. Effectively allocate orders according to the requirements of the purchase plan and the supplier's production capacity to ensure that the purchased materials arrive on time, according to quantity, price and quality;


2. Pay close attention to and track the progress of the supplier's implementation of the purchase order, understand the progress of the supplier's materials, production scheduling and production, and take full responsibility for the whole process of the tracked products and the delivery and return of goods;


3. Familiar with the market price of the materials in charge, material market research, and provide research reports every quarter; Understand the market source of relevant materials, reduce the purchase cost, and control and negotiate the supplier's inquiry, negotiation, price comparison;


4. Follow the procurement principle of "appropriate price, timely and appropriate amount", organize R & D and quality personnel to review and assess suppliers, and assess and manage suppliers;


5. Have the ability to develop new suppliers, independently find supplier resources for new products and materials, evaluate suppliers, cost analysis, quality control, delivery date control, new material proofing and sample recognition;


6. Be familiar with the specifications, models and relevant standards of the materials in charge, and control the requirements of the purchase order and the delivery date;


7. Cooperate with PMC to purchase the raw materials in place and supply the materials normally, ensure the smooth production, and make the daily report of abnormal information feedback of material delivery;


8. Handle quality and quantity abnormalities, follow up the supplier's quality improvement, and timely feed back the supplier's response results to the quality department;


9. Track the return of all outsourced processing products and the inventory of outsourced surplus materials, and urge the relevant departments to confirm the results of samples and return them to the supplier on the same day;


10. Assist the financial department to do a good job in reconciliation, procurement related information file management and temporary work arranged by the superior.


Qualifications:

1. Have good professional ethics and ethics, strong will, consciously abide by the integrity regulations, and strong pressure resistance;


2. Clear logical thinking, good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility;


3. Strong cost awareness, forecasting ability, professional knowledge and value analysis ability;


4. Full time college degree or above, with good communication skills;


5. Have efficient execution and learning ability, and have certain market insight;


6. Familiar with office system and software, able to work overtime;


7. Experience in purchasing electronic materials, electrical materials and auxiliary materials is preferred.
